At Lifely, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture and decor are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Log into your Lifely account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the product and place it back in its original box with all hardware and instruction manuals included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Select a convenient date for our specialized furniture couriers to collect the item from your doorstep, or drop it off at a designated point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
